I opened my agency in 2025 after spending nine years as a State Farm team member. Becoming an agent was always a goal of mine, and I'm proud to now lead an experienced, knowledgeable team. Outside of work, I've been married for 13 years, have two children, and enjoy supporting local sports.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with Jake Wasinger - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Answer customer inquiries and requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Dedicated to customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
